The ML3000 Training System is delivered in a single model configuration and provides advanced material handling equipment operator training.

The ML3000 Training System is delivered in a single model configuration and provides advanced material handling equipment operator training.

ML3000 Training Systems include the following features:

Student Station

Single configuration fully enclosed student cab and seat
Two (2) Degree-of-Freedom motion system (pitch & roll)
Four channel visual system (image generator and four LCD screens)
Control module (joysticks, levers, indicators, switches, and pedals), dynamic model, and visual model for appropriate MHE. Various control modules can be easily integrated into the Student Station

Instructor Station

Mimic Display to provide dynamic simulator control and monitor all student controls
Dynamic Situational Display (SiD) to monitor trainer operation in the simulated world
Instructor Joystick to permit the Instructor to place the SiD eye point anywhere in the simulated world
Emergency Power-Off control
Printer to permit hard output of student records

Includes all executable software for both scenario creation and trainer operation
