Orlando, FL – GlobalSim, Inc. is once again exhibiting at this year’s I/ITSEC conference in Orlando, Florida which takes place December 2 through December 6.

Participants at the conference are able to try various VR simulators which features a forklift, knuckle boom crane, and overhead crane models. Each simulator is showcased with an instructor station and authentic equipment controls. GlobalSim’s Hand-Eye-Foot-Coordination Testing device is also available for demo.

“Our VR simulators, like the ones showcased here at I/ITSEC, are especially popular because of the training flexibility and choice” remarks Brad Ball, GlobalSim’s VP of Sales and Marketing. “Students can train in a virtual environment–an enhanced training experience offering a 360 field-of-view.”

The I/ITSEC exhibit in Orlando is focused primarily on Military simulation, the advanced physics and graphics used in the GlobalSim VR systems provides unrivaled realism. Military training centers are able to train their operators for specific challenges such as certification courses or stressful emergency situations that would be impractical or dangerous to recreate using live equipment.

“We had been testing the VR technology for years” said Jonathan McCurdy, President and CEO at GlobalSim. “”Our standards for accuracy in the world of VR training simulation are much higher and fit for military training centers” remarked McCurdy.

GlobalSim is stationed at Booth 2020.
