GlobalSim To Deliver Custom Full Mission Crane Simulator to Terminaux de Normandie in France

GlobalSim is pleased to announce it has contracted with Terminaux de Normandie- member of Terminal Investment Limited to build a custom Full Mission Crane Simulator which will be used to train crane operators in Le Havre, France.   

The new simulator will train STS operators and be equipped with a customized articulating tandem spreader, specific to the equipment used in the terminal.

This training tool replicates the characteristics of our 97X series gantries, the largest in the world, but also, and above all, the exact processes of their tandem lift operations. The simulator is currently being built and tested at GlobalSim’s headquarters near Salt Lake City, Utah. It is expected to be installed and operational in France during Summer 2025.
